There are roughly 200,000 people over the age of 65 in Sacramento County, and the vaccine supply is still extremely limited. At this time our appointment availability may be low and it may take a while for you to get into an open appointment slot. Sacramento County Public Health continues to urge patience as we work with our federal and state partners to expand capacity and supply in the weeks ahead.
If you are aged 65 and older and a resident of a neighboring county, please check with your county of residence for vaccine eligibility and clinic offerings:
Contra Costa County
El Dorado County
San Joaquin County
Appointments are required for ALL sites. Walk-ups are not allowed at this time.
You must register online for an appointment. If you have difficulty making an appointment online we urge you to reach out to family or friends for assistance with online scheduling.
Please note appointments are first come, first serve. Vaccine availability at the local level is determined on a weekly basis so we do not have a schedule for future appointments at this time.
Exceptions - If you are currently ill, tested positive for COVID-19 in the last 90 days, or have a history of severe allergies we ask that you check with your doctor on how to proceed.
