County Health Center Co-Applicant Board


To meet Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA) requirements as outlined in the Co-Applicant Board Bylaws and in the County of Sacramento establishing resolution. The Co-Applicant Board helps guide the Sacramento County Health Center’s program priorities to improve the health of the medically underserved and individuals experiencing homelessness. 


The Co-Applicant Board is a community​ and consumer-based governing body consisting of ten members. The Health Center’s special population of individuals experiencing homelessness is represented. Board members have expertise in the areas of advocacy, social services, mental health, legal affairs and administrative support. All members are appointed by the County Board of Supervisors, are subject to conflict of interest requirements, and are unpaid.
