Prior to scheduling any user for Avatar Training, we must receive a signed Avatar Account/Training Registration form
(MS Word format, Updated 8/15/19
). This information must be received two business days prior to the date of training.
The list of Class Descriptions
will help to determine which training to register for. Must be signed by the authorized approver.
In order to make any changes to an Avatar users account we must receive a revised Avatar Account/Training Registration form (MS Word format, Updated 8/15/19) indicating it is to "Change Existing" account to include the new role. Must be signed by the authorized approver.
Practice Management training will cover material provided in both the former PM Basics and Advanced Billing trainings. Practice Management (PM) training will be scheduled on the 1st Tuesday of each month from 9am - 5pm. Corrections in EHR Training will be on the 2nd Tuesday of each month from 9am - 12pm.
Completed forms can be faxed to 916-876-6633 or scanned and emailed to AvatarTrainingRegistration@SacCounty.net.
Avatar Drop-In Session: The Avatar Team is available to work with you individually regarding any additional Avatar Support you may need in regards to client billing or clinical forms in Avatar. This is a one-on-one drop-in session that is offered monthly at our Micron office. Please refer to Avatar Training Schedule for dates and times.
